Perched on a hill with beautiful views on the medieval village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence as well as on the Mediterranean Sea, Villa Galet offers a unique blend of traditional charm and contemporary luxury.
Built in 1926 by Mrs la Forge born in New York in 1898 and married to Mr Hartmann, a local, it used to be an old sheepfold located on a hill overlooking the valley and the medieval village of Saint Paul whose ramparts date from the 5th century. The house was built of pebbles, hence its name “Villa Galet”.
It was renovated and completely redesigned by the current owner, at the end of 2022 and completed in April 2024.
This beautiful villa comfortably accommodates 14 people in 7 bedrooms including 3 King size bedrooms, 2 Queen size bedrooms and 2 double single bedrooms. It has 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets and a large living room. The inviting dining area opens to a modern kitchen.
In short, a haven of peace.
