Why is JUUN different from timesharing products?With timesharing products you only buy the right to use a property for a period of time. At JUUN you buy investment tokens that represents a part of the total JUUN real estate fund. The value of your investment token follows the value of the entire real estate pool. The value of the pool is revaluated twice a year by an independent third party. The return on your investment is calculated on the total rental value of all villas in the pool. So no earning points, fixed vacation weeks or limited reselling possibilities.Why choose JUUN and not just make other investments and pay for my vacations?People typically spend €5k-€10k or more per luxury vacation week. Instead of spending that money, the JUUN Fund allows you to invest it at a higher return than other low-risk real estate investments. Also, you can always choose to sell your vacation tokens in exchange for money.How much do I need to invest to become an JUUN club member?The JUUN fund will seek to acquire luxury residences with a value between 1 and 5 million euro. The maximum ratio of 12 (new) club members per villa guarantees sufficient high season rental capacity. The minimum investment amount to become a club member is 150.000 euro. Your investment will represent your share in the entire real estate pool and offer you a pro rata amount of yearly vacation weeks.
